40 years in industry & FAA. Direct experience in regulatory process, aircraft certification, delegation systems, surveillance programs and policies, and Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) certification and operations. Previously Deputy Director of the Aircraft Certification Service at the FAA. Before that he was Manager of the Production and Airworthiness division where he oversaw FAA manufacturing policies, designee and delegation systems, international supplier programs, aircraft import and export policies, and related technical training curriculum.
Former Vice Chief of Staff, U.S. Air Force (2016–2020)
As the 39th Vice Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force, Gen. Wilson served as the service’s second-highest officer, overseeing the organization, training, and equipping of ~685,000 active, Guard, Reserve, and civilian personnel. He previously commanded Air Force Global Strike Command and the 8th Air Force under U.S. Strategic Command, responsible for the nation’s intercontinental ballistic missile and strategic bomber forces.During his tenure, Gen. Wilson was a driving force behind the Air Force’s modernization and innovation agenda — launching AFWERX, Spark Tank, and the Vice Chief’s Challenge — to accelerate technology adoption and collaboration with industry.
Former Director for Logistics (J4), U.S. Indo-Pacific Command
Maj Gen Kosinski’s 33-year Air Force career spanned leadership in logistics, air mobility, and Indo-Pacific operations. As Director for Logistics (J4) at U.S. INDOPACOM, he oversaw sustainment and mobility strategy across one of the most complex theaters on earth—responsible for coordinating air, sea, and ground logistics across 36 nations. He previously served as Deputy Commander, 5th Air Force (Yokota AB, Japan), strengthening U.S.–Japan airlift and logistics integration.Earlier, he commanded the 60th Airlift Wing at Travis AFB (C-5, C-17, KC-10 fleet), leading 4,000+ Airmen supporting global mobility missions.
Former Acting Under Secretary of the Air Force (2023–2024)
Hon. Kristyn Jones led the Air Force and Space Force financial enterprise, overseeing a $180 billion annual budget and spearheading digital modernization in resource allocation and enterprise systems. As Acting Under Secretary, she advanced acquisition reform, data-driven decision frameworks, and workforce modernization.Previously a senior leader at Deloitte and Kearney, Jones also served 24 years in the U.S. Army Reserve.
Former Assistant Deputy Commander, Air Combat Command
Brig Gen Corcoran is a career fighter pilot with over 2,700 flight hours in the F-15 and F-22, including combat missions in the Middle East. He commanded the 20th Fighter Wing at Shaw AFB, leading 4,000+ personnel and 79 F-16s in global deployments. Later, as Assistant Deputy Commander for Operations at Air Combat Command, he oversaw readiness, training, and combat employment for the Air Force’s fighter fleet.
